The crossbar is used to stabilize any forward, backward, or side-to-side motion. Six steel eyelets allow for many strap down angles and different positions to hold down a variety of toys. A key feature to stabilization is the adjustable wheel stalls, which restrict the wheel from moving.
Each rack comes with two wheel stall sets and additional sets can be purchased separately. For added protection against rust and corrosion the mounting brackets are made from stainless steel and are black powder coated.
