Includes: The exclusive, heavy-duty, screen fabric gives you cooler days. The three foot zippered door can be attached to either end of the front panel, heavy-duty fabric zippers, reinforced grommets with webbing, nickel plated twist fasteners, sturdy side panel support rafter with brackets provides a better and stronger seal (room does not attach to the awning canopy), tough crutch tips that won't damage your coach. Also includes, skirting that attaches to side panels with velcro for the best seal. two storage bags.

Placing An Order: We've made ordering easy. Your order will come with the neccessary hardware, two (2) side panels without doors or being snapless and one (1) front panel... Measure your awning an order the "front" panel to the closest "one foot mark" as listed above. Add any additional option you choose. All are listed above.
NOTE: Actual Screen Room always measures 1'-6" shorter than stated size. Stated sizes correspond to awning sizes. To purchase a full size room for an 18' awning, order an 18' Screen Room, which will measure 1'-6" shorter, or 16'-6". This allows the awning canopy to over-hang the room at each end.
