You may return any unused item(s) within 30 days for an exchange or a full refund. Return Authorization (RA) is required. We ask that you call us at (916) 743-3001 so we may help you with any technical question or with items that may not necessarily need to be returned. Sometimes we can fix the problem over the phone. However, if an item needs to be returned, we will gladly accept is back within the first 30 days of purchase. Original cost for shipping is not refundable.
Use the original carton and pack the merchandise securely. Please make sure the "RA" number is clearly marked on the outside of the box. Enclose a copy of the invoice with a brief explanation for the return/exchange. Ship the package prepaid via UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post. We do not accept return merchandise shipped COD.
A $10.00 or 20% restocking fee, whichever is higher, applies only after 30 days. Special orders (meaning, orders that require your measurements) are non-fundable. For items with a manufactured warranty, please follow the instructions specified by the manufacturer. Return Address:
